Biothis livejournal started as an attempt to transcribe some of my written journal and miscellaneous journalish writings on scattered scraps of paper, but i never got around to doing any of that. in the end, all of my friends got them too, so now it's just a day-to-day journal/communication medium. i try not to let the fact that other people are reading affect what i write though. it may not always work, but i can pretend.
